Fears Are Lies. Faith Is Truth

Even when it seems I’m surrounded by many liars and my own fears... Ps 116:10 (TPT)

Fear always lies before your sight in order to hide truth from your faith. Fears triumph in the face of lies, while faith triumphs in the face of truth.

When your faith meets truth, it explodes in confidence and power.

Faith is the evidence of things not seen (Heb 11:1).
Faith is the evidence of truth.

Faith comes from hearing and hearing the Word (Rom 10:17).
Hearing and hearing the Word is the evidence of things not seen.
Hearing and hearing the Word is the evidence of truth.

The Word is the evidence of things not seen.
The Word is the evidence of truth.

Your faith only explodes in confidence and power when it meets the Word.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. - John 1:1-3

The Word is Christ.

Meeting the Word is the same as meeting Christ (2 Cor 3:18), since you cannot see Him face to face literally on earth until He returns.

Many of us are surrounded by fears (which are lies) but we don't know that we have been lied to. We even try, in our own wisdom, to differentiate between lies and facts.

But the Bible is clear that outside of truth is, but lies. These include facts. Facts are still lies when they are outside of truth. Nothing is going to help your faith unless you meet the Word. Only the Word is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:16).

People say, "Well, these are the facts. Doctor so-and-so said so. So I can have faith to win this sickness."

No. You can't have faith in the absence of truth. What you have is emotional satisfaction in the face of facts. Truth is only found in the Word.

And the only way to differentiate between what is lie and what is truth is the Word.
