The Faith of God

The Faith of God

Some believe that disbelief and unbelief can stop the power of God from flowing. But it remains an idea and experience that does not match up to the word of God.

What if some were 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥? Does their 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐧𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲 the 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 of God? By no means! Let God be true though every one were a liar, - Romans 3:3-4

While the context is about God's plan of salvation for both Jews and Gentiles, it reveals the nature of God that is consistent throughout the Word.

The word 'unfaithful' is 'disbelief' in the Greek, which is often applied to unbelievers (Mk 16:16; Acts 28:24). The word 'faithlessness' is 'unbelief' in the Greek, which is often applied to those who have wrong beliefs (including believers) (Heb 3:19; Rom 4:20; Matt 17:20) .

The word 'faithfulness' is also 'faith' in the Greek, which also points to the faith of God that God puts in a born-again believer (Rom 12:3). The word 'nullify' means 'to make of no effect'.

If you put them altogether... whether it is disbelief or unbelief (wrong beliefs), whether it is from unbelievers or believers, 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐧𝐨 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭.

What does it mean when it comes to the salvation of the body aka healing? 𝐀𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝, NOTHING can stop healing from flowing into unbelievers or believers, regardless of their spirit, mind, soul and issues.

If the healing doesn't take place, God (His healing) is still true, but the minister, technically, becomes a liar. It sounds harsh. But the Word says that God is true though everyone is a liar. Liar... in the sense that we don't fulfill the Word of God, not because we tell a lie.

The Scriptures are so rich as we keep digging and reading them.

P.S: For believers who minister to the sick, the focus is not on the sick, nor questioning their problems. We look to the faithfulness of God so that we walk in the faith of God to deliver the answer to the sick. Someone said, “If the answer is always the same, the questions do not matter.”
