Dominate, Not Tolerate

Dominate, Not Tolerate

The word 'authority' means 'delegated empowerment, operating in a designated jurisdiction'.

If we do not know our designated jurisdiction, we will not know how to use our delegated empowerment. To the degree we know what we have been given dominion over, to that degree we can use His authority.

You and I have no authority on our own. It is delegated from Christ. Since it is delegated from Him, it is not based on your performance, behaviour, education, intellect, spirituality, etc.

A policeman can be weak and small in size, yet he still has the authority from the gahmen as long as he operates within his delegated jurisdiction.

Do not think that you are just an ordinary believer without much authority as compared to 'spiritual giants'. The difference between the two is just that the 'spiritual giant' knows his delegated authority more.

Your designated jurisdiction is over all the powers of the enemy (Luke 10:19), because you have been given dominion (Gen 1:28) on earth with the authority in heaven (Matt 16:19).

In the Old Covenant, you were supposed to play defence (Psalm 91). In the New Covenant, your best defence is a good offense (Luke 10:19).

Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮. - Luke 10:19

The sequence of the verse shows that as you advance (offend), you have divine protection. There are things that I do (which I can't share here as it's sensitive) by offending the enemy, and yet I walk in protection. So I know this is real.

Do not let fear overtake you. Do not let news overtake you. Let the truth of His word overtake you. Let His delegated authority in you overtake you. Let His designated jurisdiction for you overtake you.

The current 'pan-there-meek' might seem devastating in many countries. But we cannot afford to take our eyes off our delegated authority to operate in our designated jurisdiction.

Arise and take dominion. Do not tolerate by backing off.

P.S: We did nothing to deserve living in Singapore. If we think our situation is bad, open your eyes and see what other countries are going through. I would think that ours is not even a tiny fraction of what they are going through.
