Do Not Tolerate

Only with my beloved wife can I be so direct in sharing my thoughts. It’s a place of trust where I can speak from my heart without any filter.

Some think that I am harsh and intense when sharing a message of truth on divine healing. But I’m actually way more intense when I’m alone and not with people. Because I do not tolerate anything less than what Christ had sacrificed and paid for.

When Senior Pastors of churches look to Science for an answer, we lost the call of being the Hope of the World.

P.S: Non-believers can look to Science. But not us as professing believers. I’m not against anyone. I’m against the carnal mind, which is demonic in nature.

How To Get/Keep Your Healing

How To Get/Keep Your Healing

If we can get our own healing, we can keep the healing. If we know how to resist sickness, we can stay healed.

This is exceptionally important, because you don’t want to keep running to people to minister to you. If the enemy knows that you can’t resist him, he will keep coming back to attack you.

Start with simple ailment. If we don’t learn to resist ‘small’ ailment, we won’t be ready for anything that comes after that.

Faith is needed for healing. According to the late John G Lake, faith and virtue (the power of God) brings instant/quick healing.

This is why the baptism of the Holy Spirit is vital. If you haven’t gotten it, ask and receive it.

To the degree you decide, agree and believe in the power of God within you, to that degree your healing takes place quickly.

When you allow the power of God (virtue) to flow from your spirit to your body by faith, healing can become instant or quick.

Faith is simply a response to His Grace. Grace is what God has already given to you because of the finished works of Christ. Healing is included in His redemption.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God:

1) Study the Scriptures on healing (New Covenant understanding)

2) Read all the healing testimonies throughout the Gospel books and the book of Acts

3) Read/listen to present healing testimonies

4) Decide that by His stripes, you were healed. Believe it and speak it

5) Start thanking Him because it is done by His stripes

6) Start acting as though you are healed

7) Continue 5) and 6) until you see all symptoms leave.

Note: Do NOT contradict what you say, even in front of others or loved ones. Only say what is in the Word. You can either be nice and die early or you can stick with the truth and live long.

How you keep your healing is how you get your healing. You just continue to believe, speak and do.

By His stripes, you were healed. By the same token, you stay healed.

Intimacy: The Word

How sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth. - Ps 119:103

He longs to feed us personally as we get personal with His Word. The Word becomes a lamp unto our feet and a light for our path.

Revelation (heart knowledge) comes from first-hand intimacy. There is no shortcut. Neither does it come by a third party teaching because that can only impart head knowledge.

Devotionals, books, sermons, online teachings, seminaries, Bible classes, etc are good, but they can never replace a personal quest to go after Him directly in the Word called The Bible.

In other words, only you can decide how intimate you want to be with Him. And yes, it’s your responsibility and your choice. No one can stop you except you.

P.S: God is not in control with this one.

Disappointment with God?

Disappointment with God?

Was reading the book of Acts all over again... and what happened on the Day of Pentecost struck a chord in my heart.

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a desire fulfilled is a tree of life. - Prov 13:12

Disappointment with God comes when what we hope for is either delayed or does not come to pass. We yearn for what we hope and pray for to be fulfilled. But to think that God is the One who fails to fulfill His promises is to have a wrong understanding of Him, since He does not lie (Heb 6:18).

So what is really happening?

Since Jesus is the Tree of life (Jn 1:4; 10:10) and the Desire of all nations (Hag 2:7), when we delight ourselves in Christ alone (Ps 37:4), our desires will be fulfilled ---- 'a desire fulfilled is the tree of life.'

It does not mean that the 'name of Christ' alone is our complete fulfillment. If that is the case, you should just attain enlightenment and chant 'Christ, Christ, Christ' in a secluded mountain alone forever.

But it does mean that in Christ alone, all promises of God are "Yes" (2 Cor 1:20). Christ IS all our sufficiency (Phil 4:19; Matt 21:22).

Because God has no obligation to fulfill the promise that He has already fulfilled and completed.

When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together in one place. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. - Acts 2:1-2

The Bible did not say that the disciples were praying at that moment. We assume that they were because of Acts 1:14. As a result, we think that the Pentecost Outpouring of the Holy Spirit was in response to the disciples' prayer. This is not true.

I know this might offend some. But we need to understand the truth and the grace of God. Whether they were praying or not, God was not moved by them. God was moved by His promise.

He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for ๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be ๐›๐š๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐ณ๐ž๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‡๐จ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐’๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ฒ ๐๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ง๐จ๐ฐ. - Acts 1:4-5

He didn’t command them to pray while waiting so that God can send the Holy Spirit. God has promised the Holy Spirit and He fulfilled it on the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2. That was entirely grace on His part. He is moved by grace, not by works. Even if the disciples were not gathered in the Upper Room, but in the streets, He would STILL FULFILL HIS PROMISE of the Holy Spirit.

Today, 2000 years later, we don't ask God to fulfill His promise of giving us the Holy Spirit. A new believer simply receives by believing. He accesses the fulfilled promise by grace through faith.

Similarly, most of the promises of God including providence/abundance, health, healing, peace, joy, purity, etc had already been fulfilled in the Tree of Life and the Desire of all nations ---- Christ Jesus!

By His stripes, you WERE healed (1 Peter 2:24). That was fulfilled 2000 years ago.

We access His fulfilled promises by grace through faith (Rom 5:2), not by thinking, "God, You haven't fulfilled Your promise to me yet. I'm disappointed with You."

He has no obligation to fulfill what He has already fulfilled. For He wasn't moved by us. He was moved and had moved by and through Christ (Col 1:16-17; Rom 11:36).

Be Subject To The Word Of Truth

"The doctor, a good Christian man, was quietly walking up and down the room, sharing the mother's pain and grief.  Presently he stood at my side and said, "๐‘†๐‘–๐‘Ÿ, ๐‘Ž๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘›'๐‘ก ๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘’ ๐‘ค๐‘Ž๐‘ฆ๐‘  ๐‘œ๐‘“ ๐บ๐‘œ๐‘‘ ๐‘š๐‘ฆ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘ ?"

Instantly the sword was flashing in my hand - the Spirit's Sword, the Word of God.

"God's way!" I said, pointing to the scene of conflict, "how dare you, Doctor, call that God's way of bringing His children home from earth to Heaven? ๐๐จ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ซ, ๐“๐‡๐€๐“ ๐ˆ๐’ ๐“๐‡๐„ ๐ƒ๐„๐•๐ˆ๐‹'๐’ ๐–๐Ž๐‘๐Š, and it is time we called on Him who came to "destroy the work of the devil," to slay that deadly foul destroyer and to save the child.

Can you pray, Doctor, can you pray THE PRAYER OF FAITH THAT SAVES THE SICK?"

At once, offended at my words, my friend was changed and saying, "You are too much excited sir, '๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘  ๐‘๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘ก ๐‘ก๐‘œ ๐‘ ๐‘Ž๐‘ฆ ๐บ๐‘œ๐‘‘'๐‘  ๐‘ค๐‘–๐‘™๐‘™ ๐‘๐‘’ ๐‘‘๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘’," and he left the room.

Excited! The word was quite inadequate for I was almost frenzied with Divinely imparted anger and hatred of that foul destroyer, disease, which was doing Satan's will.  "It is NOT so," I exclaimed, "๐ง๐จ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐†๐จ๐ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐œ๐ก ๐œ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ˆ ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ง๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฌ๐š๐ฒ ๐†๐จ๐'๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐›๐ž ๐๐จ๐ง๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐’๐š๐ญ๐š๐ง'๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ, ๐ฐ๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ก ๐†๐จ๐ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐’๐จ๐ง ๐œ๐š๐ฆ๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฒ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฆ."

Oh, how the Word of God was burning in my heart:  "Jesus of Nazareth went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil:  for God was with him."

And was not God with me?
And was not Jesus there and all His promises true?

I felt that it was even so, and turning to the mother I inquired, "Why did you send for me?" To which she answered, "Do pray, oh, pray for her that God may raise her up."  And so we prayed.

What did I say?  It may be that I cannot now recall the words without mistake, but words are in themselves of small importance.

- John Alexander Dowie, the apostle of Divine Healing, the father of healing revivalism (19th-20th century)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The ways of God are mysterious to those who do not know His heart. Israel knew His acts and Moses knew His ways (Ps 103:7), but we are in a greater covenant than all of them. Therefore, we can know His heart (nature) because Jesus is the Way to the Father.

The will of God is unclear to those who do not go after The Way, The Truth and the Life (John 14:6), but after the standard of men who teach based on their experiences and their sight. The Author and the Finisher of faith should be our standard.

To lower the standard of the Word to our experiences is human pride. It takes humility to raise the bar higher until our experiences match the standard of the Word. Humility acknowledges that our own wisdom and experiences must be subject to the Word of truth.

It takes an open and humble heart to realise that what I know can keep me from what I need to know. Therefore, I must be willing to re-evaluate what I know continually so that I can be subject to the Ultimate Authority, which is the Word of God.

How To Plug Into The Power Of God

How To Plug Into The Power Of God

Recently, I saw a vision of red and yellow wires plugged into a power socket. The electricity was continually flowing through. And the HS said to me, "There is a law for My people to stay plugged into My power."

When it is the law of God, it is consistent and unchanging. It is a law that works for everyone who follows it. Because the law does not bend to follow people. People must be submitted to the law.

The HS dropped the Scripture into my mind ---- Isaiah 26:3, "You will keep him in ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ž๐š๐œ๐ž, whose ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ฒ๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ, ๐›๐ž๐œ๐š๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ก๐ž ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ."

There are two wires (elements) to stay plugged into the power of God. The electricity is always supplied to the power socket. You don't need more electricity. You just need the two wires to be connected so that the supply of electricity can flow.

You don't more power from God. He has already given you the power (dunamis). The supply is already there. But it takes His law to stay plugged into the power.

The law of faith (Rom 3:27) is in operation in Isaiah 26:3 --- '๐›๐ž๐œ๐š๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ก๐ž ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ'. There is another element needed for the law of faith to be directed upon, because faith in itself is nothing unless there is an object of faith.

The second element is a renewed mind (Rom 12:2), which is the mind of Christ (1 Cor 2:16). This is seen in Isaiah 26:3 - 'whose The word 'stayed' in Hebrew means 'to rest, to lay.' A restful mind is a powerful mind that resembles that of Christ. Our mind must rest in what He rests in (Heb 4:10) ----- He rested from His works and is seated at the right hand of the Father (Heb 10:12).

The word 'mind' means the 'intent, imagination or what is framed in the mind.' A renewed mind has a heart that imagines/sees. It frames up what the mind of Christ sees ----- the Word made flesh. This is what apostle Paul prayed (Eph 1:8).

The law of faith places us into rest so that our heart can see what He sees, and thus receives perfect peace, which is the word 'shalom shalom'; that includes health, prosperity, total well-being, completeness and so much more! In other words, you are plugged into the power of God continually where sickness cannot touch you.

I like to read a verse from front to back and from back to front so that I can digest more completely.

Isaiah 26:3 (backwards with emphasis added), "Because he trusts in you (the law of faith), his mind (intent/imagination) is stayed (rested) on You. And You keep him in perfect peace (shalom shalom)."

The power of God is continually supplied and never cuts off. But we need to stay plugged in.

The Cup Of Suffering?

The Cup Of Suffering?

Traditionally, we have always interpreted that Jesus' prayer at the Garden of Gethsemane was about crucifixion, which He already knew that He had to go through (Luke 22:15-22; John 12:32-33).

We think that Jesus identified with humanity and their feelings when He prayed, "Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me."

Well, Jesus was always identified with the Father (John 5:19). He only spoke the truth because He is the Truth (John 14:12). Throughout His ministry, Jesus was always bold and relentless (Luke 9:51; Prov 28:1). In the face of Pilate and His crucifixion, He remained steadfast (John 18:37) because He knew His purpose and He was looking forward to it with joy (Heb 12:2).

It is perhaps presumptuous to use our own humanity to interpret the God-Man. Jesus, while in human flesh like us, was nothing like us in soul and body. He came to represent the Father (John 20:21). He came to destroy the devil's works (1 John 3:8). He came to represent the Man before the Fall (1 Cor 15:45).

“Now is my soul troubled. And what shall I say? ‘Father, save me from this hour’? ๐๐ฎ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ˆ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ." - John 12:27

Jesus used the rhetorical question to make a firm statement. He was NOT going to pray like normal men and their emotions. For He was determined to fulfill His purpose. With this in mind, let's re-look into Jesus' prayer in the Garden.

"Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but Yours, be done.” And being in agony he prayed more earnestly; and his sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground. - Luke 22:42-44

“My soul is very sorrowful, ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ก; remain here, and watch with me.” And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.” - Matt 26:38-39

In the days of His humanity, He offered up both prayers and pleas with loud crying and tears to the One able ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐‡๐ข๐ฆ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ก, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‡๐ž ๐ฐ๐š๐ฌ ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ because of His devout behavior. - Heb 5:7

Jesus KNEW the Father's will. He knew that He had to go to the Cross. He didn't pray out of human fear or human feelings. That's sensuality. Nowhere in the Gospel do you see that in His life. We cannot simply take one verse and build a doctrine around it.

Jesus' prayer in the Garden was answered right after He prayed ---- the angels appeared to strengthen Him. He was heard and was delivered from death (Heb 5:7). Since Jesus wasn't delivered from the Cross, this is very likely a different 'cup' from the cup of crucifixion.

Some scholars believe that Heb 12:4 was pointing to Luke 22:42, where Jesus resisted sin to the point of shedding blood. He was fighting against the weight of the sin of humanity to the point of death. If He were to die at this point, He would NOT be able to go to the Cross.

I believe that this was probably the darkest hour of His wrestle against principalities before the Cross. It was the crucial moment before He could fulfill His purpose on the Cross, which He was eager to do so for the sake of us (Heb 12:2).

The Father delivered Him from the cup of premature death before the cup of crucifixion.

Perhaps we need to stop the sacred cow prayer of "not my will, but Yours be done" in everything (especially when His will is already in the Word), because Jesus did not come to simply pray the will of God. He came to SHOW and DO it (Heb 10:9).

Chastening From The Lord

There are people who believe that God disciplines/chastens us with sickness and/or afflictions as they read Hebrews 12.

Hebrews 12:5-6 is where most people have a problem with it.

Hebrews 12:5-6 is taken from Proverbs 3:11-12. In the original quotation, the word “scourges/chastises” was not recorded.

Therefore, we need to look into the broad context of the nature of God first; followed by the context of the book of Hebrews (likely written by Paul, but some say that it’s Barnabas), before we finally look at the passage. Because a verse taken out of context can become a pretext for a proof text.

1) The nature of God

Since Christ is the exact representation of God (Heb 1:3; John 1:18; Heb 10:9), God’s nature must be consistent with Christ. If we don’t see it in the life of Christ, we cannot judge God’s nature otherwise. In other words, we need to re-evaluate and interpret the Word based on His consistent nature revealed in the Person of Jesus.

2) The book of Hebrews was written under severe persecution where the Jewish Christians were thinking of going back to Judaism because of the tremendous tribulation/persecution that they were going through.

The writer wrote many reasons why they should stick to the better covenant — Christ alone.

3) Next, we come to the passage in Hebrews 12:5-6

Verse 5 is easier to interpret because the word “disciplines” in the Greek also means “educate, train, instruct.” God does this primarily through 2 Tim 3:16-17. For His Word is profitable for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.

Verse 6 says that God ‘scourges’ whom He loves. In the Greek, it refers to the flogging. Jesus went through flogging because of severe persecution.

The Jewish Christians, in the context of Hebrew, were under severe persecution. 2 Tim 3:12 says that those who would live godly will suffer persecution. It’s a promise. Blessed are you when you are persecuted.

Through their persecution, God the loving Father used that as a form of discipline (training up).

In a nutshell, God does not chastise us for what Christ has already paid on the Cross. It would render His works ineffective and disregard His perfect sacrifice.

However, Christ did not redeem us from persecution. It’s what we will experience as part of godly living. And God can discipline (train up) us through persecution.

The rule of interpretation is this: the explicit should interpret the implicit and not vice versa.

Your Outcome May Not Mean It’s God’s Will

“So my husband telephoned to Mr. Lake, asking him to call. As he was too busy, he sent one of his assistant preachers, who prayed for me. I was relieved, but not entirely healed. Then I had a relapse and it seemed that my end had come.”

“Mr. Fogwill, who was ministering to me, seeing my desire to live, said, ‘I am going to try to bring Mr. Lake with me this evening.’ That night when I was in the throes of a terrible spasm, Mr. Fogwill and Mr. Lake arrived, laid their holy hands on me and prayed. A soothing calm came over me as they prayed powerfully, rebuking the asthmatic demon in the name of the Lord.

“Suddenly, something loosed, I could breathe freely. Next the dutching and bubbling at my heart ceased, and today I am here, well. How can I tell it? How can I praise God enough?”

- Healing is the will of God, John G Lake, 20th century

And when they had come to the multitude, a man came to Him, kneeling down to Him and saying, “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water. - Luke 17:14-16

Then Jesus answered and said, “๐Ž t̵h̵e̵y̵ ̵h̵a̵v̵e̵ ̵d̵o̵n̵e̵ ̵t̵h̵e̵i̵r̵ ̵p̵a̵r̵t̵;̵ ̵h̵e̵a̵l̵i̵n̵g̵ ̵d̵o̵e̵s̵ ̵n̵o̵t̵ ̵i̵n̵v̵o̵l̵v̵e̵ ̵t̵h̵e̵m̵.̵ ̵I̵t̵'̵s̵ ̵u̵p̵ ̵t̵o̵ ̵G̵o̵d̵.̵ ๐Ÿ๐š๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, how long shall I be with you? Your outcome does not always mean that it is God's will, even after you have prayed. To know His will, it's not by praying, "God, what is Your will?" For that is a foolish prayer if His will is already written in the Word. Instead, we should pray, "God, I know Your will in the Person of Jesus (Heb 10:9; Heb 1:3). Open the eyes of my understanding to walk in it."

To think that it is God's will just because we have prayed is pure religion that is no different from "Que Sera, Sera".

The more we grow in understanding, the more we can help others.

Your outcome does not determine God’s will. Jesus does.

“God Is In Control”

One of the most destructive beliefs is this - "God is in control."

This has resulted in so many people turning away from a loving Father because of unmet expectations, disappointments and bitterness.

If God is in control, why did this happen to me and my loved ones?
If God is in control, why is the world in such a mess?
If God is in control, why did He allow this to take place?

This single lie from the pit of hell induces false identity of who God is and His loving nature.

God does not contradict Himself. Neither does His Word. But He is gracious enough to handle us contradicting our own understanding of who He is.

As a father, I know some things better than my son. I know what is good, pleasing and 'perfect' for him. I teach and empower him to do what is right. But sometimes, he can choose to disobey. I'm not in control. Sometimes, other people's choices can affect him greatly. I'm not in control.

While I 'oversee' my son, I'm not in control. Because he's not a remote robot that I can control with.

The Father has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness. Everything that we need on earth has already been provided through Christ on the Cross. That includes divine wisdom, since we have the mind of Christ. That includes the shield of faith to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil ones. That includes taking dominion over injustice and darkness. That includes healing, providence, relationship, etc.

We almost forget that we are living in the world, but not of the world. It also means that there is another world at war against the kingdom of God. When life throws lemons at you, it's not because God allows it or is in control, but because the devil does not need a reason to do so.

I have said these things to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; ๐ˆ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐.” - John 16:33

For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. - 1 John 5:4

No, in all these things - Rom 8:37

Putting these three verses together: To be more than a conqueror means that we were not involved in getting the victory; Jesus was the conqueror; we are simply the beneficiaries.

His job is done. He's not getting a new job. He's the Boss, not an employee. When Jesus cried out, "IT IS FINISHED!", God's job was perfectly perfect and completely complete.

Our job is to simply BELIEVE.

God did not promise that He is in control. He only promised Redemption (Rom 8:28). Knowing this truth will not only set you free (John 8:32), but it will also give you the power and endurance to overcome what you face.

Only ONE Method

Only One Method

"Your aiming is more important than your shooting."

This is what the Holy Spirit spoke to me as I saw in a vision during prayer.

If we learn many methods to fight the enemy, we will need to know which method works best for each situation. And if we apply the wrong method for that particular situation, it won't work.

Christianity only has ONE method: ๐… In other words, we only need to fight to believe that Christ has finished the works for us. This seems pretty simple but it is also the toughest for most of us. Because all of our flesh and will are screaming to react and do something to fight against what comes our way.

This is why the Bible tells us to STRIVE to enter that rest (Heb 4:11).

This one method of fighting the good fight of faith is more than sufficient to overcome every situation that the enemy throws at you. One size does fit all in Christianity.

When you know the will of God (only found in Christ) for each situation, you have gotten a perfect aim at the target, so that you can shoot accurately. The reason why 'the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective' (James 5:16) is because the man understood that Christ has become His righteousness through the finished works (1 Cor 1:30) and he could rest and fight the good fight of faith, because his aim (prayer) is always right on the target.

The word 'powerful and effective' in Greek is 'energeรณ', which means '๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ง ๐š ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฐ๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ก ๐›๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐จ๐ง๐ž ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ ๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ง๐ž๐ฑ๐ญ.' If you want to be right on target, then choose this one method: ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ๐š๐ข๐ญ๐ก.

Stop trying to get another minister to unlock the secret/mystery of the Kingdom. There is no secret. The secret has already been revealed through Christ (Col 1:27; Eph 1:9): ๐ˆ๐“ ๐ˆ๐’ ๐…๐ˆ๐๐ˆ๐’๐‡๐„๐ƒ! ๐‚๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ˆ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ!

Now... fight to believe it!

Narrow Path Leads To Life

Narrow Path Leads To Life

The general SG culture is similar to the general church culture. It is, however, not the same as the Kingdom culture. You can be in church, but not in the Kingdom, and if you are not in the Kingdom, you are not in Christ.

Choosing the narrow path is often being labeled as a rebel, though it is not openly mentioned. If you try to go against the mainstream, not because you are rebellious, but because you saw LIFE in the narrow, alternate path, you need to be prepared for the consequences. For by choosing so, you are indirectly exposing the insecurities of the mainstream - be it the nation's culture (political, educational, etc.) or the religious culture.

By choosing my wife who is more senior than me, we were both forbidden from stepping up in church ministry. Anyway, that was really donkey years ago even before I went full-time in church ministry. This shows that while men could try to stop and suppress you, they cannot stop God from lifting you up.

By choosing homeschooling, my wife was pressured to leave her teaching job permanently when other teachers could take no-paid leave to care for their children.

By choosing homeschooling, we were forbidden from accessing the free educational resources from MOE, while other children who are studying overseas and not in MOE schools are given access to those resources instead. And yet, we still have to take the same PSLE.

By choosing a 'Christ-and-Him-crucified' theology, I was asked to take my theology into a seminary class for debate. I'm not into debate anyway. You can study into PHD and still not know the Bible. By the way, I left seminary halfway (due to having many things on my plate) and decided not to go back because I prefer to study the Bible instead of man-made theories, since the first disciples didn't graduate from the School of Raising the Dead either. It's not about how much you know, but how much you believe the Bible and walk it out.

By choosing to believe in divine health and healing and taking risks in the kingdom, I was regarded as weird and extreme.

These aside, we need to be very focused because distractions are the wiles of the enemy. I would have stopped taking the narrow path if I want the easy way out. This is why Jesus said that 'Only ONE thing is necessary."

When I was born again, I was given the word 'reformed'. I didn't know why, but now I looked back and I understood.

The narrow path is one that differs from the majority/mainstream. As a result, offenses are inevitable, not because you want to, but because it comes in a package.

You and I are not created to remain status quo. Your assignment is to take dominion on earth. To take dominion also means that you have to take action for whatever you can in your sphere of influence.

Remember: God and you are the true majority.

Prayer Is Simple

Prayer Is Simple

Many believers are still praying from earth to heaven as though God is far away from them. Some even think that the answer to their prayers can be hindered by the 'Prince of Persia' (Daniel 10:13) in the name of spiritual warfare, because they do not understand the New Covenant and the finished works of Christ.

If we don't read the Word and divide it correctly through what Christ has done, we will be confused.

Christ has disarmed (Col 2:15) all the principalities on the Cross. Christ is not just sitting at the right hand of the Father in heaven; He is also IN you (Col 1:27). Technically, it is the Spirit of Christ living in you (1 Cor 6:17). The Spirit of Christ is also where ALL of His promises are (2 Cor 1:20) and He is in you (Gal 3:14).

This means that all of God's promises are already within you (Song of Solomon 4:11; Prov 4:23; Luke 6:45; Mark 11:23-24) and you can simply believe (and speak) into physical manifestations through mind renewal (Rom 12:2) so that you can prove the will of God which was demonstrated through Christ (Heb 10:9).

Your prayer cannot be hindered (Jn 11:41-42) except through pride (Luke 18:14; 1 Peter 3:7). Your answer cannot be hindered by any principality (Read Heb 9; Rom 8:34; Heb 7:25).

As believers, we are communicating from heaven to heaven (Eph 2:6), and we are praying from heaven to earth (Mark 11:24; Matt 6:10).

You are not trying to pray to move God to move for you. He moved through Christ. You are praying to move you to believe that He has moved. For Christ IN you is the hope of glory!

P.S: Neither does your long fasting move God at all. If it does, it's religion and pagan worship. Fasting doesn't move God. It moves you to get out of your unbelief and start believing that He has already moved.
